PLACING ORDERS:  Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST).

COUPON POLICIES:  Discounts apply to Rhinestone or Sequin Designs Only.  Not applicable on Loose Crystals, Clothing, Teflon Sheets, Rhinestone Color Cards, Paper, Templates, Custom Orders or orders previously placed.

MINIMUMS:  A minimum of 5 pieces required for new accounts.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:  We specialize in Custom Logo & Design !  

 

As several thousand happy customers have already discovered, our specialty is custom designs!  If you are new to our business, you may not realize this a 2-Phase process.  First, we digitize your custom design & submit to you for approval.  As you may already know, we have a very reasonable ONE-TIME digitizing fee which ranges from $15 to $25, depending on size & complexity and we charge your credit card for the digitizing only when we start this phase.

 
Then the second phase is the production & delivery.  After the purchase order is in place with your approval of the digitized image, we start production ASAP and we charge your credit card for the production only when we start this process.

LEAD TIMES:  For online orders, please allow 3-5 days.  For custom orders please allow 5-7 days.  In most cases, we can ship within a few days upon approval of artwork!

SHIPPING:  We ship using US Priority Mail, plus Delivery Confirmation, UPS and Fed-Ex.

PAYMENT:  We accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Check or Money Order.  NO CODS, NO NET 30.

CLAIMS & RETURNS:  We will allow a credit with Dzyns Unlimited on Returned Stock Items less shipping and delivery confirmation charges.  No credit card refunds on Stock OR Custom Orders.
